Hub South East Scotland Territory Annual Report 2018-19

The Territory Partnering Board (TPB) has recently approved our joint 2018/19 Annual Report. We are also delighted to confirm that the TPB has declared itself to be satisfied with the performance of its development Partner, Hub South East, and that we have met all of our KPI targets for the year.

In line with the new KPI reporting period, the joint annual report this year highlights the significant achievements between April 2018 and March 2019 which have contributed to the hugely productive year for the South East territory.

Alongside the successful delivery of inspiring learning spaces and high quality health facilities, we have continued to strengthen our strategic support capabilities, identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions. With each project, we are proud to be assisting Clients in their achievement of Scottish Government National Performance Framework objectives.

Hub South East can also demonstrate the positive impact being made through the Hub Programme in terms of wider economic gain. Through our ongoing pipeline of work, we provide opportunities for involvement of local people on projects. At the time of writing the report, to date we have supported almost 400 new jobs and 471 apprenticeship and training places. In addition to this, 84% of the construction work completed this year was awarded to Scottish SMEs, highlighting our commitment to encouraging the use of local businesses and the reinvestment of the Scottish pound.

The key to our success is true collaboration effort and we would like to thank all of those who have contributed to our achievements this year. We look forward with confidence to the year ahead, working together to ensure the realisation of Hub South East’s aspiration of becoming our Clients’ Development Partner of Choice.

We hope you find our Joint Annual Report informative and helpful. If you require any further information after reading this, or if you’d like the option of a face to face briefing, please contact Fiona Tracey on 0131 226 0900 or email: fionatracey@hubsoutheast.co.uk
