Blackburn Partnership Centre

Delivered as part of the £26m Lothian Bundle – a trio of health and partnership centres – the Blackburn Partnership Centre included NHS Lothian as the lead partner, with West Lothian Council jointly involved in the development and in its integrated use. The Centre includes health and council services as well as community services for local residents. Amongts these is a new GP practice, community health centre, dentist, community centre (including sports hall, IT training suite and multi-purpose, early years and young people’s spaces), library, Customer Information Service (CIS) centre, employability service and credit union.
